Our groomers are qualified with many years of experience and love dogs just as much as we do. Our groomers know that some dogs find the grooming experience incredibly stressful and are trained to react in a calm and gentle manner to make the process as stress free as possible.
We wash your dogs in warm water to make their grooming experience as comfortable as possible.
All dogs are blow dried even short hair dogs to ensure we remove as much of the excess hair as possible, but if your dog is visibly anxious from the dryers, we will give them the absolute best towel dry possible rather than stressing them out with a noise they hate.

It is vital to recognize and keep your pet calm during pet grooming and is of utmost importance to us. Grooming can be super tricky when your pet is frightened, so by being kind, gentle and loving to reduce anxiety is at the top of our list.

If possible, introduce grooming when your pet is a puppy, the earlier your pet familiarises themselves with the sound of the dryer and the unfamiliar space of the grooming van, the better. Our groomers will take their time to groom your pet which is less stress for your fur baby. We believe in quality over quantity. We will never put your pet in a cage ever! Our groomers love what they do, and your fur babies are a family member not just pets. We treat them as such, with kindness and placing priority on their safety and well-being.

Grooming your dog has a lot of benefits. It helps keep their coat and skin in good condition between appointments. It is so important to be patient with your dog while being groomed, especially if they are not used to it yet. Developing trust is an important aspect of the grooming process, so rewarding good behavior with healthy treats and giving lots of love are a must by our groomers. Using soothing tones to coax your dog during moments of hesitation and never forcing them to do something they do not want to is imperative to all our groomers. Some dogs love being pampered, but others do not. So, it could take a few grooming’s to get your dog used to the sound of the clippers or dryers or being in strange surroundings. It all takes time, patience, and love which we have endless amounts of!
