Cancellation policy/Trip Fee: If you are not able to keep your appointment, please contact us AT LEAST 24 hours in advance. Failure to notify us 24 hours before your appointment or failure to have your pet available at the scheduled time will result in a charge of 50% of your invoice total, which must be paid within 7 business days.
